VIBROPHONIC MONITOR
The operator can attach the MV-90's highly sensitive acceleration-type detector to the bearing area or the housing of the motor directly. The detector then catches the rumbling noise as vibration. Simultaneously, the meter on the unit indicates the amount of the vibration. In this case, the operator can listen to the rumbling noise from the speaker while the measurement is not influenced by its environment noise. Automatic evaluation of OK/NG results is also possible with the optional comparator.

VIBRATION TESTER
The TC-55, with its small and highly sensitive sensor, is designed to detect vibration and rumbling noise of the transformer and various types of coil. The operator can set the high/low ranges of noises and retrieve an automatic evaluation of pass/fail results, shown by the OK/NG lamps. Simultaneously, the meter on the unit indicates the amount of the vibration. The (zero-cross) power can be supplied to the transformer or the test piece. With the contact output, the external control of START, OK, NG is possible.
